These terms cover use of the afrexai.com website. They do not govern client engagements, which are set out in a separate signed agreement. Where a client agreement and this page disagree, the signed agreement applies.

Using this site

You may read, share, and quote this site with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, republish it as your own, or use it to train a product that reproduces it substantially. Automated access should be reasonable and respect the directives in our robots file.

The free tools are estimates, not advice

The use case scorecard and the process cost calculator run entirely in your browser using the figures you enter. Their output is an arithmetic result and a general guide, not professional, financial, legal, or engineering advice. Do not treat either as a substitute for assessing your own situation, and do not rely on them as the sole basis for a spending decision.

Neither tool sends your inputs anywhere. Because nothing is stored, we cannot recover a result for you after you close the page.

Published content and case study figures

Case studies describe work Afrex AI carried out for specific clients, in their circumstances, with their data and constraints. The figures are reported in the context given on each page and are not a forecast of what any other business would achieve. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a particular result.

Articles cite external research where relevant. Those sources are named so you can check them yourself, and we do not control their accuracy or availability. Content is published as of the date shown and is not systematically updated afterwards.

Third-party links

This site links to and embeds services operated by other companies, including the booking and newsletter services described on the privacy page. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their terms.

Availability

The site is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We may change or remove content, tools, or pages without notice.

The Afrex AI name, logo, and site content belong to Afrex AI unless credited otherwise. Product and company names referenced in articles belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
