THE SITUATION
Field Crews Doing Office Work at Midnight.
A construction operations team was losing 10+ hours per week per crew member to manual site reporting. Field crews were sitting in their trucks after long shifts, typing up inspection notes and compliance reports just to stay on schedule.
The work was getting done. But it was costing the business $52,000 a year in lost labor time and burning out the people doing it.
THE PROBLEM
Manual Reporting Was a $52K Hidden Tax.
10+ Hours Lost Per Week
Field crews spent hours after every shift manually writing reports, pulling them away from billable work and rest.
$52K/Year in Labor Waste
When quantified across the full team, the cost of manual reporting was bleeding the business without anyone tracking it.
Compliance Risk
Rushed, manual reports created inconsistencies that put the business at risk during audits and client reviews.
WHAT WE BUILT
SiteVoice.ai: Voice-First Field Reporting Powered by AI
Using our PIA (Predictive Intelligence Architecture) methodology, we designed and built SiteVoice.ai, a mobile-first platform that lets field crews speak their site notes, capture photos, and receive a professionally formatted PDF report in under 2 minutes. No typing. No laptops. No midnight truck sessions.
Voice-to-Report AI
Crews speak inspection notes on site. AI transcribes, structures, and formats them into a professional report automatically.
Photo Capture Integration
Field teams attach site photos directly in the app. Photos are embedded into the final PDF report with location and time stamps.
Instant PDF Generation
A fully formatted, client-ready report is generated in under 2 minutes, ready to send directly from the field.
Quick Quote Builder
Generate accurate job quotes on the spot using voice input, eliminating delays between site visits and proposal delivery.
