Problem: Avia operates a residential cleaning service that only cleans apartments & houses. She is a solo operator of her cleaning business, and she desires to enhance her customer support for her clients without having to hire a resource to keep operating a lean business.

The purpose of the Customer Support AI Agent is to allow her clients to interact through her site to ask questions and obtain information about her services without Avia's intervention.

Implementation Process:

We gathered all the information about Avia’ Cleaning business and created a centralized location where the AI Agent can retrieve the information.

The development process involves development and implement system prompts, creation of the AI agent, custom coding for handling fault tolerance (if the AI agent is not able to process a request, it knows how to proceed), and lastly, built out the custom user interface widget for the user to interact on a website or any platform.

Value Proposition: The conversational AI Agent handling the customer support side of her business saves her approximately 5- 8 hours per week of following up on communication via text messages, emails, and social media DM’s on multiple platforms. She directs all her clients to her site to interact with Avia’s Support Agent, which centralizes all her communications so there are no missed sales opportunities and provides interactive support.

Next Steps: Avia would like to expand the functionality of Avia’s Support Agent to schedule appointments since her current process is to schedule appointments through text messages. Automating this process will allow her to have a consistent location to track all her appointments on her calendar and remove the manual intervention of communications.
